Google Street View - man caught scrounging from a skip?

Google Street View seems to have captured a bloke rummaging through a skip.

Because it’s down a side street and relatively out of sight, this guy in Liverpool probably thought he was safe enough from prying eyes.

But because he failed to notice the Google Street View van passing by, his act has been archived on the internet indefinitely. Or at least until Google next update their service.
