ICC World Twenty20 Cricket: KP’s nuts vs Bombay mix and assorted signage

Published by hindleyite at 11:37 am under Cricket, ICC World Twenty20 cricket Edit This

One thing I love about cricket is the home made posters the crowd bring to games. The best are to be found on the subcontinent, but the ICC World Twenty20 has seen a convergence of Indian, Pakistani and Sri Lankan fans who have generously brought inventive signage to Britain for the summer.

Here’s a few posters spotted in the crowd from the tournament so far.

KP’s Nuts vs Bombay Mix

From the India vs. Kevin Pietersen’s (KP’s) England match.

Hi Mum, hi Dad. Sorry for nicking your tickets

I should think he’s sorry too, price of tickets these days.

Wasim Akram come back, all is forgiven

I would have loved to see Wasim play Twenty20. He would have been lethal.

 Spicy shot poster

Ironically displayed after Shahid Afridi was caught out on the boundary.

 Too much Tetley old chap!

Not actually from the ICC World T20 but an old Windies v England series.
I found it amusing nonetheless.
